In a tradition we have now become acustom to it rained while we packed up in Sale. Actually it was more showers. When I looked at the rain radar it was a thin line of rain starting out to sea to roughly right over the top of Sale.
With Christmas and New Year over and after seven weeks of catching up with family and friends we are now back on the road starting once again in Victoria. Our plan is to leave Melbourne and head around the East Coast along the Princes Hwy through Phillip Island, Sale, Lakes Entrance, Bega, Batesman Bay, Kiama, Wollongong then finishing this leg back at Lane Cove Sydney.
Our final leg is from Port Stephens back to Melbourne. We now only have 2 weeks before our flight departs for Perth to return us home for the Christmas Break.
We didn't hang around in Roma long not fond memories of here as this is where we lost our awning last year and didn't want to tempt fate. We did stop long enough to get fuel and pick up a new fuse holder for the 12 volt side of the fridge. At the previous camp I had discovered it had melted and the fridge no longer worked while plugged into the car.
