Day 284 / 2014 - Deniliquin to Moama-Echuca

Moama-Echuca is a beautiful area and well geared towards the tourist. There are stacks of options for accomodation, lots of sights and plenty of tourist shopping. There is a whole area dedicated to tourism centred around the old wharf and along High Street.

Day 280 / 2014 - Griffith to Deniliquin

We're in Deliniquin today our last town in NSW for this year as our next stop is Echuca which is just the Victorian side of the NSW / Vic border. Anne is also excited because in a weeks time she will be seeing Kaitlin for the first time in 5 years.

Day 273 / 2014 - Condobolin to Griffith

After 7 days at Condobolin we decided it was time to move on. This would have to be one of the best free camps sites we have stayed at considering all the facilities that were available to us but other places beckon so after packing up we headed out once again this time towards the South East.

Day 261 / 2014 - Forbes to Condobolin

We have struck another nice mid western NSW town who are interested in attracting the travelling public. Condobolin is a small town about 100km West of Forbes they have a great free camp spot right beside a constructed lake. There are free hot showers, flushing toilets and plenty of town water  for your tanks. There are shady sites which cater fo all sizes of caravans, motorhomes, Busses and tents.

Day 257 / 2014 - Dubbo to Forbes

Leaving Dubbo we headed south towards Parkes. The headwinds were quite strong so we pulled over in a rest area about 45kms down the road. Storms were predicted for the NSW regions the rest area was bitumised so if the rain did come down through the night we would not get bogged and be able to continue on as long as the road was clear.
